Based out of Boston, Massachusetts, Corporate Realty Advisors provides strategic, full service real estate advisory services to tenants, landlords, developers, and investors throughout the Northeast and the continental United States.
CRA can handle every phase of the real estate transaction. Following site selection, we negotiate the letter of intent and lease, assist in obtaining permits and liquor licenses, and provide guidance in the construction process. CRA works closely with the top permitting, legal and construction teams in the industry.
While CRA has completed more restaurant transactions in the Northeast than any other company, with over 1,000 transactions to our credit over the past 30 years, we're capable of servicing our clients throughout the major markets of North America.
CRA is affiliated with RARE Connection, and stays informed by its affiliate members of restaurant companies in other parts of the U.S., Europe and Asia seeking expansion in the Northeast, as well as the best restaurant development opportunities in key markets throughout North America.

Corporate Realty Advisors was founded in 1988, by company president, John Dennis, a graduate of Tufts University and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. John has over 30 years’ experience as a licensed broker, specializing in commercial brokerage.
